I understand that by making this request, I authorize the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's office and its employees to access the above addressed location. I understand that all vacation watches will be conducted at random times, anytime of the day, and without announcement or notification. I understand that neither Harris County or Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office is responsible for any damage that occurs at the above addressed location during the vacation watch. I further understand that if for any reason, the dates of departure or return change or if I leave later or return earlier than planned, I MUST CONTACT THE HARRIS COUNTY PRECINCT 4 CONSTABLE'S OFFICE AT 281-376-3472 to have this watch put on hold or cancelled.
